So, it's already time to harvest my Kumbucha. I wanted to show you my favorite bottles I love to use for fermenting. These bottles are easy to latch and you can't lose the lid. Plus they look not as commercial as the other ones. I just found these the other day while taking out the recycling (long overdue). So this time I used them to put my fresh Kumbucha in. The only down side for me is the jars are too tall for my dark pantry. So for me, they have to sit on the counter.

I mentioned her in an earlier post and forgot to give her credit. I have her book too; it is wonderful. It's chalked full of recipes to try to increase the good bacteria in your body.
